SFX-360: Space Deadbeef Review

SFX-360 writes: "Alot of times when you see free games in the iPhone/iPod Touch App Store they're ususally considered demos of premium titles which they call LITE games. Every once in a while there comes a free game which is actually a full game. Space Deadbeef was one of those games. Now the title sounds a little weird since the game doesn't take place in outer space, but I have to tell you that this shooter game is easy to play and hard to put down.

Space Deadbeef, from developer I.D.P., has no storyline so I don't know who I'm attacking and why, but like most shooters your not really going to care. The game has you in a fighter plane taking on wave after wave of enemies. All you have to do is use your finger to trace out the enemy patterns and once you let go your plane will fire a stream of homing missiles at them. It's that easy. You can also hold your finger on your ship and create a massive power shot, but I would only recommend them on the larger enemies. Each stage has between 16-17 waves with a snake-like boss at the end. Once you complete a stage it will send you to a new stage, but you'll quickly notice that it's the exact same stage you just played only more difficult..."

The story is too old to be commented.
