Microsoft's perception that they need to dominate every market they enter is going to kill them one day. Thats not a good way to do business.

cheer leader. I saw once a youtube vid of him screaming "come on" and jumping around the stage at a MS conference. I thought it was a joke but it wasn't. Couldn't believe my eyes.
