Good stuff. I'm looking forward to this. =)

I'm really looking forward to this update as well. I love some of the new features like being able to rate content in the marketplace. Keep it up Microsoft, I'm really liking all the improvements.

I approve of rocking out in my news!

Ziriux3037d ago

I like every update MS releases. Cannot wait for the Facebook and Twitter.

I'm more just looking forward to what props my friends will be playing with when I look at my friends list! Even if I'm not going to buy anything, it's still nice to see change. It's refreshing. I'm awaiting Twitter, Facebook (and also last.fm) too.

Great video, I actually can wait for this update. The only thing I'm really looking forward to is the games on demand feature. Since the Twitter and Facebook functionality isn't in here, I dont really care all that much, especially since I don't have netflix.

Ziriux3037d ago

Yea, lol, I don't know how I feel about twitting constantly on my 360, it's too time consuming unless you have a keyboard.

A HiFi3037d ago

I think the ideas are neat but yeah, I don't have access to Netflix so...

But we're getting a Sky (the UK equivalent of Fox) package in the UK. Sure you have to pay a bit extra but it could be worth it. =)

Ziriux3037d ago

I'll take Sky over Netflix anyday. I'm not a movie buff, I rather have television and some sports to watch. I would love to watch a NCAA or NFL game over my Xbox 360, but first I need to fix my ethernet port.

A HiFi3037d ago

It's good for me because I don't have a Sky package (too expensive), so I miss out on a lot of live sports and the movie channels etc. This'd be a good substitute if the price is right.

Ziriux3037d ago

Hey I have Soccer TV, that's good enough for me here in America, as long as I can see my fav. English Premiere League team i'm fine and Soccer TV does it for me.

Australia gets shafted again?

Ziriux3037d ago

Yea never understood why MS can't offer the same servies to most regions I mean Euros and Aussies both enjoy facebook and twitter as well as movies. I think they should get their peeps in each region to be in talks with different movie studios to get deals going kind of like Sky and MS in England.

WengYong3037d ago

I dont think our internet services could cope with such services anyway. If we more people had DSL2 or naked DSL it could be more feasible.

well i cant wait for this new update, some really good features there too

WengYong3037d ago

Yeah, I don't really care for facebook or twitter, I only ever use them on a PC and thats the way it will stay with me.

Games on demand looks good, can't wait.

A HiFi3037d ago

I'm not really interested in Games on Demand. I like having physical copies of my games...

Ziriux3037d ago

Yea, but knowing if you scratch the disc or loose and and having the game on the network or the hard-drive is safe, you won't have to spend another $60 or half that for a used game, I like my digital media storage rather.

WengYong3037d ago

The problem with physical media, especially 360 media, is its prone to scratches. Take into account some dodgy as DVD drives and physical media is a bit of a let down.

A HiFi3037d ago

But you can spend a couple of pounds/a few dollars to get a scratched disc fixed in gaming retail shops so...I just like having physical copies of games. I do have a few digital downloads on the PC but...I dunno. I'd rather get a manual and a box to look at and read.

But yeah, there are people who prefer digital downloads and there are people who don't. It's weird.

Ziriux3037d ago

Yea, but it's not a guarnetee that it will work either if you do that. Its really hard to predict such, so that's why I prefer digital storage.

WengYong3037d ago (Edited 3037d ago )

But I really dont see the point in spending extra on a game if I already shelled out more than $40 for it; especially if it was scratched by my console. Its one of the reasons I buy my multi plats on ps3, because I know it will never scratch.

EDIT: Not all multi plats, just ones that dont have DLC I want
