Many people have heard the saying that any publicity is good publicity, but has EA passed the threshold?
I pretty much agree.
Stuff like this really pisses me off. If you don't like what someone is doing, then don't buy it. You're not being forced into buying what is being sold. But don't b!tch when someone else MIGHT want to buy into it. Personally, I haven't followed the news about Dante's Inferno, so I couldn't tell you if it's a game I would want to play, but these idiots that are boycotting EA are just a detriment to themselves. They are drawing attention to the controversy, and in turn, the game itself. So not only is this boycott uncalled for and stupid (you REALLY think anyone that is interested in this game is going to be worried that EA is crossing a line in ANY way, assuming they would be to begin with as I saw nothing wrong in that promotion), but it's not helping them in their cause at all. Knowing that 3/4ths of these groups don't really PLAY games, why in the HELL do these people CARE to begin with?
