The game basically plays out like an expansion rather than an evolution. Aspiring rock gods will still suffer from 'claw hand' after less than 30mins using the guitar grip. And ultimately the gameplay is identical – save a few new gameplay modes and periphery embellishments. The up to date track listing though, and sound quality when played through headphones, is a big draw for wannabe rock gods and a worthy addition to the franchise. 8/10
