No Added Sugar tries to give a special focus to quality games that otherwise wouldn't attract much media attention, because of their small size, low budgets or lack of a big-name license. The rapid proliferation of digital distribution methods, including PSN, Xbox Live Arcade, and WiiWare has opened the door to a new era of small-scale game development that has already produced some of the best games of recent years. Jonathan Blow's Braid and 2D Boy's World of Goo are high-profile examples of what just a few men with a great idea can do together.

They spoke with Over The Top's Roberto Alvarez de Lara to get a sense of what it's like to produce a title of this size.
