Rumor: Photos of Tomb Raider revamp surface

Four Player Co-op: Say hello to the concept art for the new Tomb Raider reboot. Our mole, deep behind enemy lines (and armed only with his digital camera), woke me up at 2 in the morning to deliver you these goods. I haven't had a chance to fully digest the information here (getting it to you as quickly as possible was my paramount concern) but it seems like the new Tomb Raider will be, wait for it, Open World. Looks like the combat system has been completely revamped and that the story is starting over from Jumpstreet. I have no idea what the story is with the clawed... things... but, out of everything, they excite me the most. More screens through the portal.

tomb raider days have gone after core design (the original developer of the series ) had left the development of the game, its felt different and weak comparing to the first ones , what a stupid decision Edios had made.

its feels more of like a horror game

Uncharted is the new Tomb Raider!

I guess Eidos read my "bigger boobs" suggestion.

Hope Tomb Raider will be better than the last one.

but the only game im totally looking forward to is Uncharted 2. ;)

dethroned Tomb Raider, now theyve been forced back to the drawing board.

just like splintercell dethroned mgs. =/

Other then relic hunting plot/setting the games are nothing a like.

Don't even mention Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid in the same breathe. It's just embarrassing and makes you look like a fool. I don't care if it's fanboyish wishful thinking or a joke, because either way it's a delusional inference or simply not funny.

There are many comparible elements between Uncharted and Tomb Raider, including the settings, the heros, treasure hunting, and a mesh between platforming and gunplay with a dash of adventure thrown in.

Every Tomb Raider sucked except 2! I wish they would bring that to the PS store. 3 was okay and Revelation and Chronicles sucked and that's when I stopped playing them; The difficulty of the puzzles ruined the games, running around all over cause you don't know what to do. I finished parts 1 and 2 without a manual but the others were ridiculous.

I enjoy the Tomb Raiders they have coming out nowadays but I wish they would amp up the difficulty, and a little longer campaign wouldn't hurt either.

Tell you what though, Laura is smoking in HD. :D

Oh and one more thing....the glitches in Underworld were driving me up the fu*king wall. Unbelievable that that game was released like that.

the last tomb raider. I thought it was great.

I hate open world games. I feel like it kills the story, and objectives get boring at that point.

Sky Climb Review - Duuro

Duuro says: "I think the idea behind the movement is cool, but on the other hand, the execution and clear limitation of the platform somewhat undermine the whole thing."
