WoW: WotLK - Ultra Video mode benchmarks

With version 1.3 WoW got the Ultra Video Mode. The new additional Ultra Shadows are apparently most stressing for the hardware.

PCGH tested how much performance the shadows cost. They also took a look at the effects of the Anisotropic Filtering settings of the Radeon and Geforce drivers. According to them the performance optimizations of the Catalyst default settings cause a inferior visual quality. (PC, World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King)
