Gran Turismo PSP is, fingers crossed, out on October 1, but it took so long coming that it was nearly canned. That's because, as series creator Kazunori Yamauchi explains, getting it working properly on PSP was no small task.
It's only taken 5 YEARS
I mean, this is probably the best-looking, most in-depth racing game ever to grace a handheld system. And it's not even out yet!
And will grace my PSP, day one. This has got to be one of the best events to take place for the PSP. Cannot wait for this title. I am a huge driving enthusiast so GT has always been my favorite. So many cars to collect.
right up there with kojima. if this game were assigned to "VALVE", it would be a "flood" of articles from them: "psp is too hard." "we dont get it." "we cant do it, and we still dont get it." "We quit, give us a pc and some donuts"
getting this, best game on PSP and can't wait for GT5 but fanboys don't beat on valve because they think PS3 is sh!t. if valve want to make PC and 360 exclusives so what.
counter strike source is the trick. what else have they released in the past 10 years? when they can create moving art, or recreate the driving experience on a system........ then they wont be labeled the fat, lazy plague that clouds the development industry.

@ 1.4 it would appear that you dont know much about Valve and what they have been up to in the last 10 years :) I will admit that I agree they take things slow, they dont rush things out the door, but I would not go as far as to say lazy. If you are talking about them not wanting to develop on the ps3 then well they are not the first devs to speak of the difficulties of developing on the system, but the end result is quality products (as long as you steer clear of ps3 valve games)
@1.3 I can bash them as much as they've bashed me. Soooooo... VALVE SUCKS
This doesn't seem like something we didn't know, maybe it's just me?
...can prevent this game from being pirated. Maybe force on-line registration or something. It seems such a pity that it has taken so much time and effort just for a bunch of freeloaders to get it for free.
anything over 24 frames is not lag, consoles choose the 30 to 60 frames limit to not stress out the hardware, even if they say 60 frames it does not mean it is 60 all the time, frames jump all the time. on PC the user has the choice of vsync this limits the frames to 60 or 30 depending on game, but again if the game is visually powerful it will jump up and down. if you don't have vsnyc on PC then it will just max out the video card rather than using what it only needs
