security patch or something like that. I wish they would fully think things through before releasing any new functionality.

For instance, being able to access things in sub-folders via the XMB is great although it only supports of to two levels deep. Also, when you plug the PSP into the PS3 the PS3 can't see the sub-folders.

I also wish you could copy wirelessly between the PSP/PS3.

If it doesnt end in a 0 then it isn't a feature firmware. Now i know 2.80 on the PS3 didn't have any features and i'm not actually sure why then went like that, but going off ALL previous firmware updates, that is how they number their stuff.

x.xx = security or behind the scenes stuff
x.x0 = new feature

Hi everyone, in the next PS3 firmware update (v2.53), coming soon, we’re improving the way the Flash Player works with the internet browser. In addition to being able to access more sites using Flash, you’ll be able to enjoy:

Full-screen mode playability
Live movie (using RTMP format) playability
Now it’s going to be even easier to enjoy web content on your PS3, in full-screen!

Not security nor Behind the Scenes stuff. ;)

Sony always releases PSP updates roughly around the time of PS3 ones. I knew we would see one soon, and this only confirmed my suspicions.
