Former employees of Electronic Arts Canada have set up their own video game development company called Jet Black Games. The company will dedicate itself to working on original and licensed games for the Nintendo Wii and DS formats.
Jet Black, from Cowboy Bebop. One of my favorite anime. Wonder what games they will be making.
i dont remember any jet black in bebop ( also my favourite)
And Cowboy Bebop is your favorite anime? Strange, he wasn't a minor character either. Look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...
oh yeah, didnt know his second name was black. havnt watched it for quite a while, not even the film.
A Nintendo-exclusive developer? Hopefully this starts a trend to reduce the number of half-assed ports coming to the Wii.
Wii and DS are the best systems for start up game developers.
Maybe something good. I love indi developers. They usually take risks the mainstream developers won't take.
And unlike most mainstream devs, they tend to innovate and think outside of the box. It seems like developers in large dev companies are so distanced from those who make the business decisions, that a lot of games released exist simply to generate revenue and aren't actually projects that the devs enjoy working on.
