Is Sony releasing a new PS3?...

shikwan3571d ago (Edited 3571d ago )

It can't be! All their fa6boys already are Elite!

Perhaps they should work on a better online service, rather than offer up newer hardware.

Oh well, MS is the spicy mustard cause Sony's always trying to ketchup!

Look at the idiot below who OBVIOUSLY needs to learn some reading comprehension.

We're talking about the possible new version of a PS3, not the online capabilities of both consoles, mentally retarded space rabbit >__>

gooner3571d ago

maybe MS should focus more on fixing there hardware problems and less on online services :)

This doesn't make any sense at all unless they plan to scrap the 60gb model in place of this. Or lower the price of the 60gb model then release this which doesn't make sense.

shikwan3571d ago

When did Sony ever make sense? Did they make sense when they said MS would confuse people with two SKUs and later brought two of their own?

brianodom3571d ago

usually Sony will drop the price when the add something or it will stay the same price

Karebear3571d ago

Its so easy to swap in a new drive on the PS3, I don't really care if they release a new version with a bigger HD standard. The key is we aren't locked into a single specific upgrade drive. Now if they were to release a PS3 with, oh say, double the number of cell processors or a newer GPU, then I'd be pretty annoyed.

shikwan3571d ago

Perhaps this version will come with the HDMI (or at least HD component) cables as well!

techie3571d ago

This is old news. Their plan is to release the ps3 with a bigger HDD as time goes on...the difference is the price won't go up.
