BK? If you go to the EA forums a couple of messages are claiming this is mostly affecting people with 120g hard drives. I haven't picked the game(s) (another game I am getting for both) up yet and I have 120g hard drive. I wonder if deleting the demo off your hard drive will eliminate the issues for those that are having this problem.

A couple of other games had this problem in the past. Having to delete the demo because of some conflict. I always delete the demo(s) before I play the retail version. Everyone should do this to possibly help avoid issues before they start.

Hopefully this is just a random issue that only affects a very small percentage of consumers and EA solves it ASAP.

How would only 120gb be affected, not other lower versions of xbox? Don't they have new chips or is it because they are older models?

I have the 120GB hard drive and I played it all day yesterday without any problem at all

I guess there is more to it than just the size of the hard drive.

Ahh Finally a Multi-Platform That Performs better On Playstation 3.

Why dis3376d ago (Edited 3376d ago )

Did you even read the News?

Mine works fine although I deleted the demo from the HDD and I don't listen to music.

-Mezzo-3376d ago

Yes i did read the news and it outlines the Xbox 360 version which means that Playstation 3 version is performing well.

SaberEdge3376d ago

Uh, this hasn't even been confirmed.

I rented this game 2 days ago and my copy doesn't have the problem.

It has been confirmed that the PS3 version does have a rougher framerate in the cutscenes. I also thought the 360 version looked sharper and more vibrant than the PS3 version. Overall, however, it was a pretty dang good multiplat PS3 title --much better than most PS3 versions of multiplat games.

Why dis3376d ago (Edited 3376d ago )

" Playstation 3 version is performing well"

#8 says he had the same issues with the PS3 version.

I wouldn't say performs better or anything "better" for that matter.

EDIT @Dacapn I hope you're talking to mezzo your comment better suits his forced attacks.

-Mezzo-3376d ago

OK, let me clarify i am not a Fanboys who tried to bash the Xbox 360, i am just a gamer who loves Playstation 3 a bit more then the other consoles.

I am sure playstation 3 version has it's issues but there hasn't been any freezing reported until now and i was just replying to the news.

You mean how the cutscenes dropped to 26fps for a split second? OMGWTFBBQ!!!!!!!

Edit: for those disagreeing, go back and watch the video that shows FNR4 running on the PS3, it literally drops to 26fps and 28fps for a split second, randomly, and only 3 times during the cutscenes and ran @60fps throughout the gameplay.
