Square Enix Sued for Deceiving Customers

Examiner: "A federal class action suit is in progress against Square Enix. Allegedly deceiving 100,000 customers by not being upfront about fees and penalties, Square Enix will now enter court." (Final Fantasy XI, PC, PS2, PS3)
