Seriously, at least do what Spores did and make it different. Give credit at the very least. I hope these aholes don't earn a single cent and get the game taken off.

the creator gave out the source code for people to learn, he should have got a copyrights protection from person/company financial benefit from the his codes..

but also wrong other company to do that... but this is a free market.. you don't protect your works someone will steal and benefiting from it..

Yes he gave the source for people to learn,not to takes his work and sell it as their own,your comment shows that you'll do the same if you had the chance,you don't bite the hands that feeds you,he try to give people a way to learn a trade and instead of learning and create their own they still his hard work?.there are no worlds in the English dictionary to describe that type of people.
