City of Heroes developer confirms Power Customization coming in I16

Finally. After years of people complaining "Why can't my fire be green?!?" throughout the streets of Paragon City and the Rogue Isles, there is much rejoicing as Paragon Studios developer Matt Miller a.k.a. "Positron" has confirmed that Power Customization will be in "Issue 16". (City of Heroes, City of Villains, PC)
