GameSpy's Best of E3 2009 Awards

GameSpy writes:

"Electronic Entertainment Expo 2009 is finally behind us, and it's time for our annual Best of Show awards. The following are GameSpy's picks -- voted on by each member of our editorial team -- of the best games we saw for each system and genre. You'll notice our runners-up aren't weighted too evenly; some categories (like Shooter of Show) had a lot of great choices, while others (notably PC Game of Show) had none. Them's the breaks. Without further ado, let's get to the awards."

The story is too old to be commented.

Whoa, I'm sorry, but I just don't see how they could consider Assassin's Creed 2 to have better graphics than Uncharted 2, Conviction, God of War 3, or Alan Wake. It looks good, but even with the improvements, the graphical quality looks very close to the original, which is fine, but I don't see how it possibly could have beaten out other titles.

EDIT: also weird that they consider ME2 a multiplatform, but not Conviction. I did hear correctly, right? That Conviction is coming to PC too? Could easily be wrong about this

Also AC2 is a better action game than Uncharted and GoW3? Oh wait it is gamespy.. they are a fanboy site.

The NPC AI in Assassins Creed 2 was very impressive. But yeah I agree that the game looks exactly like the first one. Best graphics should definitely have gone to Uncharted 2.
I wouldn't be surprised if Conviction eventually came to PS3. Ubisoft make great profit selling PS3 games.
