Another odd PS3 commercial. Ouch.
That was weird.
That advert really worked, I feel hungry and that's made me wanna go out and buy an egg, maybe scrambled, that would be nice. Thanks to the National Association of Egg Producers (NAEP) for funding this advert. (And before you ask, yes I am a member) Oh, and I suppose I might as well buy another PS3 while I'm out getting the egg ... why not?
None of these adverts are going to be shown on tv though, i think all these seperate videos are going to be put together as a story and put on tv. I think thats what i read anyway.
That would definitely make more sense. I look forward to watching them in all one go as some kind of epic story with multiple plot strands. Could actually be quite cool if it all comes together!
go to the website www.thisisliving.tv all will be revealed.
while the site is interesting and the comercials are good, nothing was made clearer then it already is. Which, to say the least, is extreamly foggy.
Poster almost 2 weeks ago. I didn't understand this commercial at first ... but then I smoked a dime of hash and it made prefect scence.
mmmmm hash.. Im partial to kief myself. A nice blunt with at topper of kief accross the length.. ah good times
Have used Eggbeaters ©. It uses real eggs but has way less fat and cholesterol. They're light and fluffy too.
Yes, you're absolutely right...it's critical to remember that health should be on the forefront when being obscure, vague, and cryptic!
is that now one no needs actual drugs to feel spaced out on LSD. ;) LSDARBY, NG, and Deep: I certaintly hope you're all right, because if these cryptic messages actually start making sense, I'll give them an enthusiastic standing ovation, because for these commercials to make any sense whatsoever...would be the work of genius... ...Err, work of genius, or me having gone insane. (I'm fine with either one.) ;)
It's either the work of a genius or, it's the work of someone on LSD. Which would explain that flashback I had while watching the comercial.
As far as I'm concerned, these ads (as weird as they might be) are doing its job. 13+ comments (and counting) for a commercial video. Sony has always have taken risks with their ads. Remember the black and white PSP ads? U R Note Ready E. Crash picking a fight with Mario and Sonic. This is Living. Can't remember what the PS2 ad was. Probably cause I was pissed off at Sony for delivering on the PS2 and killing off my beloved Dreamcast.
One of the greatest consoles ever, it's been years, but us fans are still trying to get over the loss. One day Sega and their fans will unite and get their revenge, mwah ha ha ... any day now ...
will never be as good as the Nintendo and SEGA ads of the 90s. One of my favorite. http://gameads.gamepressure... Some are too young on this site to remember.. One of the Funniest Playtion commercials http://gameads.gamepressure... Who knew this game would be so great http://gameads.gamepressure... Thats a great site by the way.. Those commercials were in your face, "THIS IS THE GAMES WE HAVE". They brought the Games to your living room. These days they do not show you sh!t, except rubber lame ducks and boiled eggs.(whats the point) They should showcase someone playing the games and such like the old days. Much of it is left to be guessed, show me the Console playing the goods dammit... You wanna talk console war, look at these Nintendo/Genesis commercials, thats a console war. I'm so RETRO, I love it. Watching these old commercials bring back memories.. What happened to real Console Commercials?
Couldn't agree with you more my friend. I want a return to the 90's when gaming commercials made you beg your parents to buy you a console and some games. Nowadays kids are asking their parents for eggs and ducks, yeah they're both healthy and filling in their own way (not to mention delicious), but where's the fun I tell ya, where's the fun? That Genesis commercial on your post was how it's supposed to be done. I love the way they show live footage of American football players, Michael Jackson (when he was still famous) and boxers. It's like Sega saying, Genesis = American Dream, haha. Oh, and Positive Feedback for the post and trailers website! :p
i loved genesis, joe montana football was great, it was the first time in a season I could look at stats and player ratings, the saints had badass linebackers. Playing mortal kombat with the joystick gamepad.. ah memories.. .... SEEEGGGAAA..
is everybody making fun of ps3 commercials?
Cos they're funny? Just a thought. :)
England, 1993, Commodore put this billboard poster for their Amiga CD32 right outside Sega's UK headquarters. At the time Sega's phrase was "To be this good will take ages. Sega." This was Commodore's response:
I'm sorry you had to see that.
Argh! My eyes, my eyes! Haha, could that advert be any more cheesy?!
Who here is actually old enough to remember those things... IBM and Commodore released 'em, and Apple had a prototype... Those things weighed a TON!! Whoever thought those things were portable needs to share what they were smoking... ;-)
