i agree with you
but
honestly though why would he have said that?
im not the most tech swavy person around but i don't see what new super mario bros wii could have or do that would max out the wii

compare it to THE GRINDER that has 4 players also offline and online while NSMBW only has offline but the thing THE GRINDER also has that NSMBW doesn't is allot of multiple enemies on screen and much better graphics everything you can think of

so honestly i don't get it am i missing something?

wait haze o_O

he is jealous after watching Sony and Microsoft conference they both have what wii was bragging about and with unmatched HD library....i hope that Sony or Microsoft systems sell well after E3 and better than wii which is casual at its best and we all are hardcore players but i dont hate wii at all because of it the industry went BOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!

thanks

lol this is the first time ive ever heard anyone say this. But then again Nintendo arent really trying to impress gamers with their graphics. But yea i guess he might be hinting at the WiiHD that is supposed to be in development.

N4g_null3111d ago

This is why I always say the HD system should be doing way more than what they are actually doing with them. The Wii has a 700mhz chip with 88 megs of high speed ram. The HD system have 4ghz chips and 250 megs of ram, do you understand now?

The Wii has to handle 4 players with 2d physics and a changing level layout. I'm sure if they had the programming talent they could get more out of it but we all know nintendo is no shader wiz or programming beast. Also we have not seen all of the game yet. Also the play zone is huge.

Japan is still behind what the west can do graphically and 3dtech wise yet we are still behind them when it comes to design. This is not the case for both scenarios though.
