An evil army of some sort is chasing two kids named Isa and Kachi, and the kids have swords and guns and can cause a lot of destruction. But that's almost irrelevant, because this is Sin & Punishment 2, dude -- the sequel to the Japanese Nintendo 64 shoot-em-up developed by Treasure (which you can get via Virtual Console on Wii). The game is mainly on-rails, and you move your character and the aiming reticule independent of one another. It requires some extra modicum of skill compared to 2D arcade shooters."
