Parabellum is pretty good, though it's not out yet. It's using Unreal Engine 3 with the same lighting engine as Mirror's Edge.

and you can even play them on your ps3

F.E.A.R.'s multiplayer is free as well.
Was surprised it wasn't on the list. I got into the beta and really enjoyed the Multiplayer.

... though when the game came out I focused on the single-player and only dabbled in the Multiplayer for a little while.
