IGN: Pre-E3 2009: The Most Anticipated PC Games of E3

IGN writes: "This year, the Electronic Entertainment Expo is beefing back up to its original glory – bigger booths, more babes and more excitement on the show floor are all promised by the annual gaming trade show's organizers. But what about the games?

As cool a spectacle as E3 is shaping up to be, it's all pointless without great new games. Luckily, we expect a ton of hot titles to surface at this year's show, which takes place during the first week in June in Los Angeles. So the IGN PC Team's Steve Butts and Jeff Haynes have put together a definitive list of our top 10 most anticipated E3 PC games. These are the titles we're most looking forward to getting our hands on at the big show".

The story is too old to be commented.

Whatever happened to Project Offset? That game looked very promising.

It will be there. I absolutely love Project Offset's direction. Intel has a booth. So they will be showing it off. Likely though it won't release until fall 2010. Maybe 2009 you never know. Intel is big budget company.

There are many others missing from this list as well. DOOM 4 anyone? http://www.shacknews.com/on... < id says E3 announcements.

Dues Ex 3. http://www.stuffwelike.com/... < said to be at E3 this year.

Max Payne 3. Announced for Fall 2009 yet to show anything. 99% likely it will be at E3.

Crysis 2 on CryEngine 3 or 2.5 if you wish to call it so. Either way its optimized to work now. Crysis 2 is very likely to be announced.

Prey 2 Under the works for awhile now. No trailer or anything released. Very likely something will be shown by Take Two.

Few more. Maybe or maybe not present at E3.Some more than likely to show up though.
Half-Life 2 Ep. 3
Shattered Horizon
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat
Section 8
Overload II
APB
Guild Wars 2
Type 3
Elder Scrolls V
Timesplitters IV

Whoever picks these things at IGN must live under a rock.

I'm definitely looking forward to Doom 4. I've been a Doom nut since the first released.
