"Whatever happened to the Xbox Live Diamond Card program?" Jason over at Loadingreality.com asks in his latest editorial.
"*Sigh* I ask that question every time I see the translucent Live-orange stripe in my wallet.
Microsoft's nice little way of saying thanks and giving us access to a handful of buy-one-get-one-free deals quickly turned into a simple geeky ID card, rather than a real money saver. I tried to use it a few times, but when I tried to cash in on the Quiznos two-for-one, they blocked me, saying they have seen too many "fake Internet coupons" to redeem mine. No matter how much I tried to explain, they just stood there and looked at me like I was trying to cheat them. Not much more that makes my blood boil than being falsely accused."
