SFX 360: X-Men Origins: Wolverine Review

SFX 360 writes: "Rather than attending the highly anticipated X-Men Origins: Wolverine film on opening night, I decided to play the video game adaptation at SFX Headquarters instead and avoid the crowds. Released on May 1st, 2009, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is a multi-platform action adventure game developed by Raven Software and published by Activision. Loosely based on the film, the game finally gave me the ability to thrive and thrash as Wolverine in an open environment just as I've always wanted to. I played the M-Rated Uncaged Edition on Xbox 360, and had a surprisingly decent time.

Up until now the only good experiences I've had playing as Wolverine was in the arcades playing Marvel vs. Capcom 2, and running around with #2 pencils in between my knuckles as a kid. Either of the two circumstances ended with me getting laughed at, but playing as Wolverine this time around felt much more natural, much more visceral..."
