NowGamer writes: "Gotta love Wikipedia for allowing us to open this review with another curious anecdote: under English law, gambling in public houses is only permitted on games of skill. So in 1908, when landlord Jim Garside was called before the magistrates for allowing stakes to be placed on a game of darts in his pub, he requested the assistance of the local darts maestro, William Bigfoot Anakin. He demonstrated to the court that he could hit any requested number on the board first time, and Garside was promptly discharged."
