I played the original sims for about 3 hours before i hit me, "wow this is really ******* pointless" those 3 hours were fun but the game lacked some kind of goal. I might get the new one just to see what all the fuss is about.

I have a hard enough time keeping up with my gaming habbit, bathroom breaks, work, eating, socializing in real life... do I really need a game to make me do all the same crap?

I played the first one for a few hours, piss all over the floor, garbage in the living room, people pissed at me for ignoring them, falling asleep walking to the front door... I got too nervous and quit. What a bad game idea. Amazes me that people love it.

Let's excercise and hit on girls in the Sims instead of in real-life!

I kid, I kid. =D

The Sims is the kid of video game girls who don't normally play video games, would actually play. The last Sims game I played was the last 2D Sims game. I created my dream house with cheat codes/patch and then got bored.

But not for the reasons I enjoy all my other games, the sims I enjoy just because it's such a chilled experience where the consequences don't really feel like consequences. In short I'll be picking this up.
