thats weird, i guess they dont want to give the beta to ppl who cant play it

SCFreelancer3063d ago

You might be correct. However I also believe they are trying to get a broad range of systems for testing purposes.

Leord3063d ago

I think it's likely more for getting a feel of what types of systems people have rather than pigeon holding ppl.

Could also be a DRM-thing...

Cogo3063d ago

It's unfortunately not unlikely that it could be a sort of DRM for people, so they can only play it on one machine.

This brings up the question if there will be an NDA or not...

Finally, we are officially one step closer to the Starcraft 2 beta! How big of a step it is remains to be seen of course, but I am happy nonetheless

Leord3063d ago

I wonder if you'll be able to play the beta on more than one machine...

Cogo3063d ago

Yes, I'm a bit apprehensive about this, actually.

JonahNL3063d ago

I sure hope Blizzard will allow that, on the other hand, it's a closed beta. So I'm pretty sure you can activate it only once. Too bad.

Medievaldragon3063d ago

cool. It's coming baby. It's Coming !!!
