Electronic Arts is going to once again wade into the Wii frontier. This time, it's peddling games built specifically for the platform and new marketing initiatives.
Electronic Arts is sailing into uncharted territory during fiscal year 2010. Yes, it has made games for the Wii before, but Chief Executive John Riccitiello admits that the company needed to expand beyond its core competency--making games for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
It needs to be successful on the Wii.
