Kim Wild writes for Nintendo Life:
"It just goes to show that if you are prepared to broaden your horizons, look outside of the big name titles that on the format that you can undercover some addictive games that haven't received the attention that they truly deserve. With four hundred puzzles in each mode, there is plenty here to keep you occupied (we've been playing for months and haven't even reached the halfway point yet) so if you're even remotely interested in using those little grey cells, it's essential that you track this down."
If you are an avid fan of puzzle games and also an owner of a Nintendo DS/DSi game console then you probably already know the two are a perfect match just meant for each other. Yet, although it seems the people who designed the world's most popular game console had puzzle gaming in mind, you are also likely to be aware of how few NDS/DSi puzzle games are available when one actually wants to play. Due for release in early October, Puzzler World for DS/DSi is one of those rare occasions where the love story between Nintendo consoles and puzzles works out in the most perfect way.
Pic Pic is, of course, originally a Japanese puzzle game (as no other country appears capable of creating a good one), but unusually has been translated and relocated for English-speaking types. (Something we still dearly wish would happen for Slitherlink). Originally called the slightly less catchy PikuPiku: Toku to E Ninaru 3-tsu no Puzzle, it's three puzzle games on one cart. And they're all great.
One stands out - Drawing. But before Eurogamer gets to that, bear with them for the onerous task of describing a visual puzzle in words - it's never a simple matter.
