Nostalgia from Matrix confirmed for North America ?

According to Nintendo Power, it appears Ignition Entertainment has plans for an english release of Nostalgia, well known in Japan as Nostalgio no Kaze. It is described as a Classical RPG for the DS. (Nintendo DS, Nostalgia)
