Counter-Strike update fixes exploit, adjusts servers

An update for Counter-Strike and Condition Zero has been released by Steam. The patch prevents the 'Russian Walking' exploit as well as adding some server changes and fixes. (Counterstrike, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Counter-Strike: Source, PC)
