"Overall Zubo was a genuinely delightful surprise. It appeared to be a nice but probably repetitive rhythm game, and came out as a successful match up of several different genres. That's really ambitious for a portable game system, and it works here. While the gameplay can get tedious from time to time, and the camera needs a little work, these are little problems on a grand scale. It is better for young or casual players, but there are things here that older gamers will enjoy if they have some time to spare. This is a great addition to the Nintendo DS, and it has hours of playable time followed by more hours of replay value to collect all the Zubos and mini-quests. This game is recommended for teens and under, but don't be surprised if the parents check it out and get absorbed quickly. Zubo is out on the Nintendo DS now."
