IGN: Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic Review

After spending a bit of time with Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic, you may wonder if you accidentally downloaded a mere demo instead of the full game. The challenges are really just a tutorial and the multiplayer game, while fun, doesn't go online. Rag Doll's physics are impressive, but there isn't enough content here to justify the $10 price tag.

Presentation - 5.0
Graphics - 7.5
Sound - 6.0
Gameplay - 6.0
Lasting Appeal - 6.0
Overall - (PS3, Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic) 5.9/10

The reason why I do not buy alot of PSN games is because of this. No demo and you buy this, boom, there went $10.

I got my $10.00 worth this weekend alone playing for hours with my nephew and unlocking quite a few trophies. This is an accessible game that you can play when people come over, gamers and non gamers alike.

"while fun, doesn't go online"
Because of that they are giving it 6.0 on gameplay? I dont get it. A game is fun or isn't. If the game is FUN then why the hell it is scoring are mere 6.0 on gameplay? becuase it doesnt go online?, OMG! I am thinking about a lot of games that are pretty fun for a game party and the lack of TEH ONLINE dont prevent people to buy them. MH, some flagship Wii games come to mind.

I think online is overrated. Much prefer to play with my gf, friends, than stranges online. For me a good split screen coop or competitive >>>>> online.

The game is great
And who is this guy anyway?

I think he works for the xbox IGN team, seriously.
I have to disagree with everything said in this hateful review. The game is my favorite and one of the best games the PSN has to offer. if he is complaining that $10 is too much for THIS game, then he hasent played wheel of fortune, zuma, and many other sh*tty games that are just as much or more expensive than rag doll Kung Fu.

I can't help but feel like this could've been a remarkable game. I'd have bet my life that this game had online until the first time I heard it didn't. What's up with that? Even the new Smash Bros. has online.

You mean that EVEN a game with 20 times the budget and 100 times simpler physics manages to have online play that is actually laggy and sucks with 4 players? What?
