Wii's Opera Browser Final Version Delayed to April

The final version of the Opera browser for Wii will release in April, and not this month as previously announced, Opera said today. No specific reason was given for the delay.

Any Wii user can currently download the beta version of the browser, called Internet Channel, for free through the Wii's integrated online store Wii Shop. The beta was released last December after the Wii launch.

Quality takes time.

I think it's retarded that they're planning on eventually charging for this though. The last thing they need is to piss off any late adopters of the Wii/WiiConnect. These are the people who you need to impress the most, and charging them for something that was previously free is not the way to do it.
