Is Mortal Online the Oblivion-like MMO we've all been waiting for?

TGO:

"I am not a regular MMORPG player. Why? Because I have a life and friends here in the real world. But also because I tend to compare MMOs to one of my all time favorite RPGs, Oblivion. When comparing MMOs to such an awesome game, they usually fall quite short. Their graphics are stale, their combat is passive. But most of all, Oblivion allows me to be the evil SOB I've always wanted to be. If I don't like the way a guy looks at me, I can simply kill him a take his money. MMOs simply don't offer the overall quality, polish, and freedom that Oblivion does... yet. All that might change with an up and coming MMO called Mortal Online." (Mortal Online, PC)
