I think these commercials really hit the old Apple guys where it hurts. The consumers wallet.

Personally, I think the first commercial was better. Both are a heck of a lot better than "I am a PC." Should be interesting to see how Apple counterattacks.

I have a HP laptop and it's the best laptop I've ever owned. Really good build quality and great performance for the price I paid. It makes sense that if Microsoft wants to show off PCs at their best, they'll pick ones that are good quality.

Macs are generally very good quality, but that doesn't mean that PCs aren't, you just need to not pick a cheap brand like Packard Bell.

Ya in the other commercial they name sony's laptop as the other one, or something a long that line, shows how much MS doesnt like sony.

A: The person wanted a HP laptop since they are extremely popular among students in comparison to the competition.

B: HP funded this venture

I'm not being a fanboy, but seriously, I don't see this as a very "dum" commercial. It is informing people of how cheap the laptops are with the economy in such a dump.
