TPCG: Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. Review

H.A.W.X isn't a bad game by any measure, it's just that it's very much a port of a console game. This is reflected in the controls, even when you use a flight stick. But the PC's wider interface and the possibility of greater control bring its very limited arcade-like nature even more sharply into focus, leaving TPCG wishing for a lot more. It certainly can't hold its own in the company of the traditional Clancy FPS games that it aspires to be for gameplay depth and realism, but it might suit if you're just looking for bit of arcade combat simulator fun with a few twists.
