You buy a brand new desktop PC system and take it home. From that point on you are responsible for the set-up as well as maintaining the system. Sure, maybe you have a parts and service contract, but until something breaks, you have very little contact with that side of the purchase.
BFG is changing that with its Phobos line of computers. Yes, they are expensive, but these systems are for more than the casual desktop user, and they are designed to fill home entertainment center needs, not just for use to check e-mail or play the occasional game.
John Malley, Sr. Director of Marketing, for BFG Tech chatted with GameZone about the systems and what the company is planning to make the purchase of a system personal.
