1UP: Plants vs Zombies Preview

1UP writes: "When I'm focused so intently on the blockbusters of the gaming world, it's hard to make room in my brain for the more casual titles -- but those (typically) puzzle games sometimes become the largest consumers of my time. I mean, I can't always dedicate several continuous hours to a game, and my free time is often more conducive to short 10-minute bursts. If you're the same way, then you've probably heard of casual heavyweight PopCap, provider of the many versions of unicorn-festooned, ball-bouncing, peg-popping addictiveness. But perhaps Peggle was a one-off deal that managed to charm its way into the hardcore crowd's awareness despite its sugary coating? I think not, and I have five reasons why you should pay attention to PopCap's next game: Plants vs. Zombies." (PC, Plants vs Zombies)
