VG247: Gears of War 2's Rod Fergusson has saidthat specifics on upcoming DLC for the game will depend on the community's reaction to the Snowblind map pack, released yesterday.
I don't care about map packs! Just please fix the damn game!!
i dont care about map packs either, i actually dont even play gears online, i played horde with a mate splitscreen tho, verry fun! its great that epic atleast try to support gears with DLC but i would much rather see some single player campaign additions.
The lag. 3 out of 5 games are unplayable. and i have a 20mb fibre optic connection. Halo 3 works fine, COD 4&5 work fine. I prefer Gears but the lag ruins it.
If the host has a sh*tty connection, the game will lag. I truly think some people are using a lag-switch when they host some games.
They are already close to finished with DLC, they are just saying this so more people will pay for maps. No matter what, they are releasing DLC for single player before Gears 3 comes out. Why pay $10 to lag around another scenery?
I love the single player! sh!t was awesome. MP....dunno man, I had more fun playing MP on gears 1. Horde is fun but after a couple of rounds it gets boring.
ya your right, at first i was like wtf what is there to fix? but yea 1/2 games some mexican is host and it lags like a motha effa
Snowblind map pack is worth every penny, Grind Yard is so awesome.
Agreed, but gimping of the shotgun still has me upset at multiplayer. I also noticed maps getting bigger and bigger. No offense but where are the little maps we very much enjoyed like Raven Down for Gears 1, where things were more personal and getting from one side to the other didn't take so long?
Snowblind Map-pack is awesome so I hope there will more maps in the future \o/
ok snowblind map = goood. now epic wheres the story dlc?
....the single player campaign add on. The campaign of Gears 2 is so much fun, I loved every second and cannot wait for more. Fingers crossed its not too far away.
