Computer rage recognised as everyday expression of anger

People swearing, screaming and hitting their computers has now become recognised as an everyday expression of anger, research claims.

A study presented at the British Psychological Society annual conference in Brighton today suggests actions such as striking computer equipment is seen by psychologists as a normal method of relieving stress.

Just think, a few centuries ago, if 'psychologist' had existed as a job, the headline would have been 'Quill and ink rage recognised as everyday expression of anger'. And it would have been just as useless as this story.
