Sony Boss Talks About Steve Jobs And Apple

In a frank TV interview which has not been put to air yet, Sony boss Sir Howard Stringer has said that he would not bet up against Apple boss Steve Jobs. He has also talked about how Sony missed out on the portable music boom.

In the past, being a sony fan. i would cringe when i started reading any article coming from execs at sony. i always feared they would say something stupid and make the company look even sillier. I seems and im hoping those days are coming to an end.

lately sonys image has been almost perfect. reading many interviews from different level execs and realizing they understand what they have in a ps3/sony brand company. makes me almost think did they shuffle around the top brass on purpose because of some of the past incidents

Howard Stringer is a real business man, he is very frank and his job is a lot more serious than worrying about what fanboys have to say about his company. hes in circles with other high profile companies that understand sonys inception of High price, quality, and being there first before someone else gets your job done for you
