IGN writes: "Development may be pre-alpha, but the Airport level at least is already looking sharp. The graphics are top-notch, and the framerate held up nicely despite multiple cars on-screen, numerous explosions and a 747 crashing into the track. I haven't had the chance to get my hands on Split/Second just yet, so it's tough to say how much fun there is to be had here. The key to success will be balancing the thrill of the race with the game-stopping destructive elements that you'll be both deploying and deploring, depending on your position. Look for Disney to shed a lot more light on Split/Second in the months to come".
