"Spider-Man: Web of Shadows does what you would expect a great Spider-Man game to do. It's not perfect, the repetitious missions and the so-so boss fights can make the game feel like a drag at times. But the otherworldly Symbiote storyline and the way the game acknowledges the rest of the Spider-Man universe outside the movies and the larger Marvel universe it's a part of is fantastic. Fans of action games would be well to seek out the game and Spider-Man fans should consider Spider-Man: Web of Shadows a must play."
