A few days later, after reading the negative blog post, a representative from West Suburban Bank (the bank behind the Capcom card) contacted goomba478.
It turns out that goomba478's complaints helped lead to several of the card fees being removed or revised. Who said complaining on the Internet serves no purpose?"
