He directed, produced, advised or helped design almost every title in the series, and somewhere along the way also managed to get a story credit on Killer 7. Mikami doesn't work at Capcom anymore. He was one of the developers who left the company when they dissolved the Clover studio, which means Resident Evil 5 is the first game in the core series that doesn't have his name on it."
