Bioshock 2 to take place in Atlantis?

After decompiling the Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams website, it looks like Bioshock 2 will have something to do with Atlantis because of a cross marked on a map with its exact location. (BioShock 2, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
