LittleBigPlanet PSP to Feature Creation, Interoperability With PS3

The recently announced Playstation Portable version of LittleBigPlanet is being developed by with help by Media Molecule and will likely be able to connect in someway with the Playstation 3 version.

The PSP's LittleBigPlanet will also tap into the three tenets of the original title: Playing, creating and sharing, John Koller, director of hardware marketing for Sony Computer Entertainment of America, told Kotaku in a recent interview.

The story is too old to be commented.

They are so much better, and the 3000 has a super-mega-awesome screen and the lines aren't as bad as they say they are. And the PSP2 RUMORS, wasn't the PSP2 coming in 2007? Oh, wait the slim was announced or was it coming last year? Oh wait we got the 3000!

The only thing I don't get is why not for PS2?

Look at MotorStorm, it's going to PS2 while it's on PSP. And it makes sense, it supports PS2 owners longer without hurting PS3 sales and make a fanbase on a bigger install base that will eventually want to upgrade and this game could be more one reason to stick with the same console manufacturer.

LBP on PS2 sounds even better to make a fanbase. I don't know how well PS2 would deal with a LBP game or as far it would be on par with the PS3 version (probably way less physics and more scripted actions/animations, but maintain the fun platforming, maybe capture some user levels from PS3, and keep a good level creation tool).
