Owner of "netbook" trademark sued by Intel

On top of Psion getting rebuked by Dell in their extortion endeavors, there's more bad news for the company that tried to squeeze money out of the "netbook" moniker. Now Intel is on the offensive and has decided to take Psion to court, trying to force the court's hand to demand the cancellation of their trademark. (Industry, PC, Tech)
