Capcom three trillion yen bond blunder

Swiss bank UBS accidentally places an order for 3 trillion yen in Capcom bonds.

The Japanese unit of Swiss bank UBS has made a massive error by mistakenly placing an order for 3 trillion yen ($31 billion; £21 billion) of bonds in developer and publisher Capcom.

UBS blamed the error on a computer glitch and thankfully the Tokyo Stock Exchange has been able to cancel the order, due to it taking place in out-of-hours trading.

Reports point to a different reason for the mistake.
